Ernst & Young Inc. was appointed by the Supreme Court of British Columbia as receiver (the “Receiver”) of the assets, undertakings and properties of Aquattro Estates Limited Partnership, Aquattro Estates GP Inc. and the real property holdings of Colwood Lagoon Holdings Inc. on Feburary 23, 2010.
