What is Aquattro?

Ernst & Young Inc. was appointed by the Supreme Court of British Columbia as receiver (the “Receiver”) of the assets, undertakings and properties of Aquattro Estates Limited Partnership, Aquattro Estates GP Inc. and the real property holdings of Colwood Lagoon Holdings Inc. on Feburary 23, 2010. Local shopping is conveniently located in downtown Victoria or in nearby Colwood and Langford. Aquattro will eventually feature a 22,000 square foot amenities centre with a gym, lap pool, hot tub, games room, steam room, theatre room, boardroom and guest suite. It will soon offer a separate clubhouse with a media room, multi-purpose room and party kitchen that will house wine tastings, culinary demonstrations and other events courtesy of an onsite community coordinator.
