Ernst & Young Inc. was appointed by the Supreme Court of British Columbia as receiver (the “Receiver”) of the assets, undertakings and properties of Aquattro Estates Limited Partnership, Aquattro Estates GP Inc. and the real property holdings of Colwood Lagoon Holdings Inc. on Feburary 23, 2010. Go Big When you go home
Aquattro offers a variety of home sizes, some of which are unexpectedly large. These condos in the Victoria area range from spacious 1-bedroom units of 790 square feet, to 3 bedroom suites of 2,560 square feet. The townhomes range from 1,600 square feet to 2,500 square feet. Like the land, these homes are beautiful, big and open.
The Architecture
Aquattro homes are designed to reflect the rare, private and natural setting that surrounds them.
Geo-thermal energy is used to heat and air condition every home. Homes are connected with the outdoors by large windows and large decks perfect for entertaining.
During the first phase of Aquattro, a selection of low-rise condominiums and one-and two-storey townhomes are being built.
The Community
Aquattro will be its own community within the charming, natural city of Colwood on Victoria’s West Shore. In addition to its homes, it will include a clubhouse, and the on-site amenity centre and an interpretive centre will follow.
