Construction of the first two buildings at Aquattro has now begun!
Much has changed at Aquattro in recent months.
In early summer, we had an overwhelming response to our insider launch, selling out our initial phase from a temporary sales pavilion in a tent!
In early September we completed the Aquattro Sales Centre. With its full complement of models, renderings, a vignette, the fully furnished 2,192 square foot home, and much much more, it offers an in depth look at our vision for this wonderful community. To add to Aquattro’s progress, construction of our first two buildings, has now begun!
The Aquattro site has also come a long way. The lower lands on this large waterfront property have been groomed and are looking quite beautiful. The old orchard is producing once again, and expansion of the fish bearing stream is well underway. The lower portion of the land will be used as a park for many years to come, and has been dedicated to the city.
Adding to that donation, the Aquattro Sales Centre will eventually become an interpretive centre to be run by the Land Conservancy.
A fitting use, considering that the lower lagoon waterfront is part of a provincially protected bird sanctuary, and the enhanced fish bearing stream on the Aquattro property will feed into the Esquimalt Lagoon.
