Buildings are really taking shape at Aquattro
Construction on the Adriatic is moving along smoothly and on schedule. The clear, sunny autumn days have helped, and the construction team couldn’t be happier working in such fantastic weather. The scaffolding surrounding the Adriatic has now been removed, and the low-profile glass railings will be installed on the decks in the next few weeks. Landscaping will follow shortly thereafter. Much is going in and around the Baltic II building. The structure is erected, the roof is now in place and all the windows have been installed. The roads and curbs are even completed outside. Next on the list is the installation of the Rain Screen. This will be constructed under the siding and is meant to keep any wind-driven water right where it belongs – outside.
With the outside of the Adriatic building nearly complete, the focus is now shifted to the inside. You can already find some suites with installed kitchen and bathroom cabinetry and fixtures. The second largest bedroom in this front suite of our Adriatic building has its own en-suite and is almost complete. This particular cabinetry showcases an optional upgrade of caramel bamboo veneer.
